Question How to add bookmark /publish document to Rootchina.com?
Answer If you only want to add bookmark ,click the link of "web Bookmark system",or the button of Webokmark. The bookmark window will appear.
If you have not login yet,input your user name and password ,and click "Submit".
The window is seperated into two frame. on the top frame,you can see some form elements,"Title" ,"Adress or content","Save to directory"."Publish to:rootchina".
Do can do some change or selection to them,then click the button of "Submit".You finish the process now.

If you want to add the content instead of adress to webookmark or rootchina,use mouse to select the part of document,(and click Ctrl+Insert,if you use Netscape).Then click the link of "Web bookmark system",or the button of Webokmark.Then other process is similar with add bookmark.
